Subscription & billing

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis. Early adopter rates are locked for the first 30 subscribers as long as the subscription stays active. We do not issue refunds for partial billing periods. Subscriptions renew automatically; you may cancel at any time.

No guarantee of delivery or accuracy

akFISHinfo does not guarantee: (a) the accuracy of AI-parsed announcement data; (b) Telegram delivery timing; (c) that all ADF&G announcements will be received; or (d) that amendments issued after an initial alert will be reflected in prior messages. You are responsible for verifying that a fishery is open before deploying gear.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AKFISHINFO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST CATCH, FINES, OR VESSEL DAMAGE. TOTAL LIABILITY IS CAPPED AT FEES PAID IN THE PRECEDING 12 MONTHS.

The map interface may request access to your device's location to center the map. Location data is not transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alaska. Disputes shall be resolved in Alaska courts.
